Banana Pancake Recipe (Healthy & EASY!)
My sister showed me this recipe about a year ago and my life, particularly pertaining to my breakfast routine, was changed forever.
So get John Mayer's song "Banana Pancakes" blasting in the kitchen and prepare yourself to try your new favorite breakfast.

Ingredients:

(although there's hardly any need for an entire block on ingredients...)
2 bananas
1 large egg
2 teaspoons cinnamon

What to do:

In a medium bowl, mash up the bananas until smooth or until there are only a few chunks. Add egg, mix in well.
Now add in cinnamon, stirring well so the mixture becomes a light brown color.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour enough of the mixture onto the pan to make about a 3- to 4-inch diameter pancake (about 1/6th of the batter). When the pancake begins to bubble on the top, use a spatula to gently flip the pancake over and cook the other side.
Repeat until you've used all the batter! Store leftovers in the fridge (not that there will be any...)
....I may have to make these for dinner tonight now.

I just made some for dinner and they are super yummy. I just want to know, do you eat them with anything or do you just eat them plain?
