Foundations are like men.
I can definitely say over the past five years or so, I have gone through tons of foundations [this is not in correlation with men]. Some I fell head over heels for, some I absolutely hated [this is]. I've learned to check out reviews before making a commitment because as makeup lovers, we all know this lifestyle is not cheap. The average woman goes through a bottle of foundation over the course of a month or so and then it's back to the store to re-up. Luckily, I've come to fall in love with a select few and those are the chosen ones. When I go to restock I either go for one or the other. It's a quick process and depending on what my funds are looking like at the moment, that helps me make the proper decision.
If you find yourself struggling to find a foundation that you will fall in love with, allow me to remind you that it's not that easy. It's like dating, you have to get a feel for the person, go on dates, etc before you actually fall head over heels. With foundation you have to try it out and see if it's the perfect match for your complexion and skin type. If you're looking for a good foundation, you've come to the right place. Keep scrolling and allow me to hip you to my top four foundations of all time, in no particular order.
