ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported that Ryan Tannehill is the most talked about QB this off-season. The receivers have raved about him and this could be a big year for Tannehill who looks to avoid a sophomore slump (well if you can consider his 12TD/13INT rookie season a success). He certainly can't complain about the new weapons the Dolphins have obtained through free agency. The Dolphins made the FA splash of the year by signing Mike Wallace to a 5-year, $60 million contract. They then signed wide receiver Brandon Gibson from the St. Louis Rams and tight end Dustin Keller from the New York Jets. They also resigned receiver Brian Hartline who had a great season last year. Although they let running back Reggie Bush leave for the Lions, the Fins must have high faith in Lamar Miller who averaged 4.9 yards a carry in his rookie year. The loss of Jake Long from the O-line stings. It will be up to Jonathan Martin and newly acquired Tyson Clabo to man the tackles. The O-line is decent especially with Mike Pouncey as its leader and free agent Lance Louis manning the guard spot. The pressure is now on Tannehill who must prove he can make a big improvement with all of the new toys around him. To the Dolphin's luck, the rest of the division seems to faltering, especially with the arrest and release of Aaron Hernandez of the New England Patriots. Their chances of winning the AFC East has never been greater. Most likely, their chances will hinge on how great Tannehill can be this season. How do you think Tannehill will do this year?
