We've all heard of long distance relationships.

They're extremely common, especially this day and age -- but how many people have heard about long distance marriages. While you're probably scratching your head in awe, believe it or not, those are rather common as well. As they say, 'it's not for everybody'.
I know for a fact that I wouldn't be able to be in a long distance marriage and although I'm not one to cross something off before giving it a try -- knowing the type of person I am, it just wouldn't work. I appreciate attention and although I don't thrive off of it, having that one person in my life who can give me the attention I want when I want it is an amazing feeling. While there is nothing wrong with long distance relationships, long distance marriages are something totally different.

Would you be open to a long distance marriage?

How would you make it work?

@buddyesd a marriage takes two man...if your the only one trying.. it won't work
Honestly? No. I can't do it. I hate going even a few days without being with my woman. and that's when they live in the same valley, within 20 miles haha Webcam and phone calls and texts don't... embody her. There's no smell. Her voice is distorted. I can't feel her. I can't touch her. I can't stop by her house and sneak a present outside of her door when she's far away. I can't help or protect her when she's not here. And I wouldn't want to hold somebody back, either. I wouldn't want her to be missing out on experiences... So, no. I couldn't do long term, serious, long distance relationships.
.............. Hell No reason (I have a feeling you want one) : I was in a long distance relationship in the past however I later found out I was cheated on many times. since I'm a face to face person I saved up what I had for a surprise visit to find out the truth, but during that wait for the trip and ticket took a big toll on me. Long story short it's not worth it for me and yes she was my ex fiancé. don't get me wrong though I'm not against it you need to have both parties on clear communication and the faith has to be there.
@Ticasensei yea it does
