Ingredients: Fish fillet Chilly paddy(thinly sliced) ginger(thinly sliced) Fresh passion fruit juice 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon white wine Salt 1. Fried ginger and chilly paddy till golden brown. 2. Add in vinegar, wine, passion fruit juice and salt, stir well and add in the fish fillet. 3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, sprinkle chopped thyme leaves on it and voila,it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
