10-Minute Morning Workout
Good morning! Here's a workout your can get done in just 10 minutes. You will do 4 total exercises, which needs to be completed in a minute. You may rest if you finish before that minute.

Here's the list of exercises:

1) Jumping lunges (8 times)
2) Touch jumps (8 times)
3) Clap push-ups (8 times)
4) Burpees (8 times)
*This group of exercises are performed in 1-minute rounds until you have completed the full 10 minutes.
