Me, Every Time I Buy Cute Desserts.

I take my Instagram food porn way too seriously, you guys. And I know I'm probably not the only one who does.

Who else LOVE taking pictures of their food before they eat it?
Also, we should turn this into an event! Like a day of the week where we all post a picture of the most delicious (or just really freakin' pretty) thing we've eaten that week. Would anyone else be down?

Hemp Protein Vs Whey Protein
Hemp protein is made by grinding hemp seeds into a powder and is among many processed protein sources. It produces a smooth natural flavor profile and is quite nutrient-rich whereas Whey protein is an animal-sourced protein that's based on milk. It's made in precisely exactly the same process as cheese. Being a plant supply, hemp protein has gotten highly popular for individuals that are lactose intolerant or adhere to a plant-based diet to get their personal preferences. Hemp is considered a complete protein. This means it has all 9 essential amino acids. Unlike whey protein, hemp does not have as significant amounts of most essential proteins, but studies on amino acid amounts in hemp protein also have shown similar makeup as protein sources such as egg white and soy. One other advantage of hemp protein, particularly for people who follow vegan deities that it is high in Omega 3. Omega 3 fatty acids are heart-healthy fats. Steak contains approximately 8 grams of fiber and 2 g omega-3 fatty acids per spoonful. Whey is packed with BCAAs which help muscle growth and maintenance and is immune-boosting as well. There are two distinct attributes of whey protein that you can find: 1.Whey Protein Concentrate: · 30-90% pure protein · Greater amounts of lactose 2. Whey Protein Isolate: · 90-95% pure protein · Very low percent of lactose. Nutritional Profile Comparision Hemp protein powder has a fantastic nutritional profile and research imply To other flavors without outshining them. Hemp has lots of health benefits. It's an earthy and nutty taste but isn't overpowering, but so can be added. Whey protein has a rather high nutritional value, and it is one of the most effective dietary sources of high-fat protein. It's highly digestible and consumed quickly in comparison to other proteins. In spite of the fact that it is a great protein powder in its own right, the best nutrient benefits come when uncooked protein is used in conjunction with additional vegetarian proteins, to produce a potent mixture of plant-based goodies. Hemp is a complete protein, containing all the 9 necessary proteins that humans must get away from food. As it's made from milk, whey protein has more potassium and calcium. On the flip side, pea protein has more iron. Legumes, such as hemp is a great source of the nutrient. Furthermore, studies have discovered that some of the elements of soy and hemp may have valuable properties. These plant chemicals may have various health benefits, like acting as antioxidants and fighting disease. Benefits of Whey Protein One of the principal advantages of vitamins is a naturally higher concentration of immunoglobins than hemp as well as other fats that are fermented. It usually packs more calories and contains fewer carbohydrates compared to its counterparts. It also contains precursors to glutathione, which will be a vital free-radical fighter and natural detoxifier that assist our bodies to deal with lipid peroxides and heavy metals. For all these reasons, whey is frequently the first option for athletes and others who lead active lifestyles. However, whey is a dairy product. Thus, vegans and others compared to milk for any reason, whey isn't the best option. When looking for a high-quality whey, one needs to make sure it's hexane-free and BSE-free (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy). Whey protein powders tend to deliver between 20 and 30 grams of protein per serving with roughly 120 calories and normally less than one g of fat. Benefits of Hemp Protein Many consider hemp seeds are the 'perfect protein source.' Therefore, for individuals on the Keto diet, then hemp-based proteins are a superb choice. In addition, it is a fantastic supply of vitamin E and minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium. While we've seen many trends throughout time, hemp protein is favored by many due to how it's sourced. Rice and soy occasionally have too many heavy metals. This was a problem with low-carb products, usually due to the water used or the location of farming. Hemp protein tends to provide between 12 and 20 grams of protein daily, together with roughly 120 calories, and then 3 to 4 grams of healthy fats. Both hemp and whey protein can allow you to fulfill your body's daily requirements. It really boils down to which choice best fits your lifestyle requirements. Hemp and vitamin are similar concerning calories. If tissue retrieval and muscle-building are your main concern, then whey should be at the top of your list because of it. If you are vegan or vegetarian and need an alternative source to fortify your diet plan in the safest manner possible, then hemp seed should be considered. Whether you decide on whey or hemp, then make certain it's a high-quality nutritional product with accurate labeling. Whey protein has been popular for several years since a staple of protein powders. The right whey should be an entire protein with both essential and non-essential amino acids which support the immune system, muscle mass, and tissue healing after workouts. Hemp protein's amino acid profile is equally incredible. Hemp seed protein is packed with all 20 amino acids, both essential and semi-essential, for the body. On top of this, it is easily digestible, and though the protein concentration is not quite as high as in vitamins, it checks a couple more dietary boxes. And it's 100-percent vegan.
Can Ayurveda Cure Nephrotic Syndrome?
What is Nephrotic Syndrome? Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disorder where the kidneys have been damaged and cause the body to lose a high amount of protein in the urine. It is also termed Nephrosis. Nephrotic syndrome is usually caused by damage to the glomeruli. Glomeruli are clusters of tiny blood vessels in the kidneys that filter waste and excess water from the blood. Due to damage to the glomeruli, the kidneys lose their ability to filter waste present in the blood and allow too much protein to leak in the urine, causing nephrotic syndrome. Consequently, this disorder causes many complications in the body. With the advancement of nephrotic syndrome, it may even lead to kidney failure or end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Ayurvedic treatment is known to be the most effective way to fight this kidney disorder. An individual can get rid of the condition of nephrotic syndrome naturally and permanently with the help of Ayurveda. Following are the causes that encourage nephrotic syndrome disease:\ Minimal change disease: This is the primary cause of nephrotic syndrome in children. There’s not a specific reason which can justify kidney dysfunction due to this disease. But some potential causes are:  Infections from viruses Allergic reactions Ingestion of certain medicines Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS): This disease causes scarring on some glomeruli. FSGS is the primary cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults. It can be caused by a virus, like HIV, or the ingestion of certain medicines. Membranous nephropathy: This condition occurs due to the thickening of the glomeruli membranes which leads to the excessive loss of protein from the body. It can be caused due to cancer, lupus, or malaria. Diabetes: Diabetes is the secondary cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults. It can cause damage to the kidney, known as diabetic nephropathy. Systemic lupus erythematosus: It is also known as Lupus which is a chronic disease in which your immune system mistakenly misfires and damages your kidneys. Amyloidosis: When there is a buildup of substances called amyloid proteins in the blood this disease occurs. What Are The Symptoms of Nephrotic Syndrome? In the beginning, people don't experience any signs or symptoms. After getting their urine or blood tests done they get to know the level of protein and blood in the urine. This indicates how well their kidneys are functioning. Other symptoms that can indicate nephrotic syndrome are: Swelling of hands, feet, ankles, and legs Foamy or bubbly urine Fatigue Weakness High blood pressure Weight gain Loss of appetite Excess fluid in the body If you or anyone you know is going through any such symptoms then Nephrotic syndrome Ayurvedic treatment can help to relieve these symptoms effectively. Ayurvedic treatment is known to cure kidneys naturally and permanently. How is Nephrotic Syndrome Diagnosed? Before undergoing any treatment it is a must to get a reliable and accurate diagnosis. To diagnose the nephrotic syndrome, your doctor may suggest running through the following tests: Urinalysis: A urine test determines the amount of protein in the urine. The presence of protein in the urine is the initial sign of kidney disease. Blood test: Blood tests determine the levels of creatinine, albumin, cholesterol, and many other factors examined. Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR): GFR is an estimator of kidney function through calculating blood creatinine levels with urine protein levels Kidney Biopsy: For a kidney biopsy, a small piece of kidney tissue is extracted. It will be sent for examination in response to glomerulonephritis. Ultrasound: An ultrasound checks for any changes in the size and structure of the kidneys or looks for any blockage in their function. It is important to get timely treatment for nephrotic syndrome. The Christmas Latte to Rule Them All
I've talked about this cafe before, and I'll talk about it again. All That Sweets is hands down my favorite dessert cafe on Earth. Watch my video review here or read below^^ Today I went alone so I passed on a slice of the strawberry shortcake but look how adorable is it! Their cakes are always light and creamy, though the flavors change daily! I've seen chocolate, vanilla, and even kiwi cakes. Instead I opted for one of their amazing macarons. Because I came late in the day, my only option was the chocolate raspberry "merry xmas" heart macaron, but I probably would have chosen that anyway. These flavors also vary with the season but every single one I've ever tried has been absolutely delicious. But of course, the star of the show is my Christmas Tree Latte <3 Their lattes are amazingly intricate, and they have a dozen of them on the menu at all times. The homemade (delicious) whipped cream is covered in melted chocolate, sprinkles, and meringue cookies. I seriously thought I hated meringue until I tried these babies. Now I can't get enough! They sell these for the month of December, and then usually move on to make snowflake or other winter themed lattes. All year 'round they offer rose, raincloud, and even coral styled lattes! This year they also introduced a gingerbread man latte that I was tempted to get, but I had to stick to my traditional tree :) You can also find me here: Tumblr Instagram Twitter Facebook SnapChat: cari.cakez
