For example if you select the bicep muscle, the website will then take you to a page with exercises, tips, and steps on how to execute the movement. Also, it comes with GIFs, so the visual can help you with learning the exercise.
In addition, they also have a calorie calculator, a macro calculator, and a one-rep max calculator.
The website is super sleek and very easy to use.
