Where is the longest beach in the world??
It's at a somewhat unexpected place -- Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. It is the world's longest NATURAL sand beach in the world, stretching unbroken for about 125 km (78 mi). Not that many tourists there yet because Bangladesh isn't an obvious destination for most foreigners, but it's nice precisely for that reason. No throngs of camera clicking tourists spoiling your vacation (warning though: people will stare at you because you are the only foreigner there...but you'll feel like a movie star!) Did I mention the sunsets are just phenomenal? The sun seems to be redder in this region of the world for some reason...
