Best Ways to Take Care of Your Skin
When you’re looking for the best way to take care of your skin, you want to ensure that you’re treating your skin and that your skin is healthy and strong. You might be tempted to go to the store and buy a moisturizer with everything your skin needs. But, there are many things that you can do to ensure that your skin stays healthy and strong. Below are several simple ways to take care of your skin. How to Manage Your Skin Issues? There are certain types of skin problems that may arise due to a bad diet and nutrition. This is because our skin is sensitive to what we eat. A skin problem is likely to occur if we take in a diet that is not healthy for us, and it could cause our skin to become inflamed, red, swollen, dry, and itchy. We ought to consume more fruits and vegetables as a result. If you are constantly breaking out, it may be time to consider your skincare routine. You might need a break to cleanse and hydrate your skin from years of overuse, but when you return, your skin may have developed an unhealthy dependence on chemicals. How to Stay Healthy and Fresh? If you want to be fit and healthy, there are lots of tips you can follow. However, when it comes to exercise, it’s crucial that you make sure you’re getting enough calories. Exercising too little can lead to muscle loss while exercising too much can lead to fatigue and injury. It’s also essential that you rest and recover between workouts. When it comes to nutrition, it’s important to eat enough, but not too much. A balanced diet should provide you with all the vitamins and minerals you require. Make sure you drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and sugary drinks. You may not realize it, but the food you eat can affect your skin. Certain foods, such as those high in sugar or salt, can clog the pores and cause breakouts. While it’s tempting to blame your diet for acne, there are other factors to consider, including stress, hormonal changes, and even genetics. How to Pick the Best Product? A good way to pick the best skincare products for your skin type is to start by making a decision as to what type of skincare regime you currently have. Some people like to just wash their face every day, others may like to use a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer twice daily, and uses a product made up of natural oils as a two-step routine. This should help you determine the products that you need to consider for your skin type. With today’s products, especially those for skincare, there’s always a huge debate on whether or not a product is actually working for anyone. A lot of times, it seems like everyone wants the same thing out of a skincare product; you see ads that talk about glowing skin, but what they don’t tell you is that this is because they are marketing toward women and not men. Women spend a lot more time looking after their skin than men do, so if a product doesn’t address this need specifically, it could be a bad choice for the men who might just end up buying it for a woman anyway. In conclusion, Skin conditions are very common and often have an impact on your life. Even though we all have skin issues at times, not everyone has the knowledge and the proper tools to deal with these problems. If you are experiencing any kind of skin issue, whether it is acne, scars, stretch marks, dry skin, oily skin, or acne rosacea, you need to seek medical advice as soon as possible. This is important because, once you ignore the problem, it will only worsen and become harder to treat.
5 Reasons to Give Up Shampoo
The "no poo" movement has gained popularity, which piqued my interest. People are abandoning shampoo bottles in favour of brushes and talc. Those who have long, beautiful hair claim that natural hair is healthier for you and the environment, and that it doesn't require much maintenance to look good. I experimented with going without shampoo for a few days to see how it felt. Here are five more reasons why you should get rid of your poo: 1. Avoid using chemicals. Many of the ingredients on shampoo and conditioner labels that are difficult to read are hazardous. Diethyl phthalate (DEP) is a possible carcinogen and hormone disruptor, but it aids in the retention of scent in hair products. Although sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) causes shampoo to foam, it can irritate your skin and even cause cancer, so you should avoid using it. Parabens can help your body stay fresh, but they've also been found in breast cancer tumours. 2. Reduce the amount of water used. You use less water when you don't wash your hair every day, which helps the environment. On days when I don't wash my hair, it works for me. I only need a quick sprinkling from the tub faucet. If you colour your hair, limiting the amount of water it comes into contact with is beneficial. The heat and minerals in your shower water can cause it to lose its colour. Water alone can cause up to 80% of the colour to fade. 3. Make the best possible use of your time. It takes a long time to get ready in the morning. You should wash your hair less frequently if you want to have more time to do other healthy things like go for a morning run or sleep in. You can be more adaptable if you know how to keep your hair clean for longer periods of time. Do not wash your hands before or after working out. For example, don't wash before or after a workout in the afternoon. 4. Improve the health of your hair. Some people go months without washing their hair. They claim that their hair eventually stops producing sebum, which is a type of oil produced on the scalp. The end result is shiny, moist, and healthy hair that isn't greasy at all. Sebum is beneficial to your hair because it promotes hair growth. Because they protect your hair, scalp oils are nature's moisturiser. However, no studies have been conducted to demonstrate that sebum operates on a supply and demand basis. What you do when you remove oils is more of an external thing. I'm not aware of any evidence that this can alter the way the body functions. 5. Get to know your hair. Finally, I was able to go two weeks without washing my hair, which was beneficial to me. My scalp health improved after a summer of not washing my hair frequently. I also learned a lot about my hair and let go of my own strict rules about when to wash it. I didn't have to wash my hair at all during the week.
Unique zingzongapplince Silk Sarees Styling
Unique Silk Sarees Styling :- The wedding season has begun in full swing, with people rushing into stores to buy the best ethnic wear. From lehengas to anarkalis to gowns, every woman is spending a bomb just to look her best during the festivities. But if you think you don’t belong to the trend and want to stick to a more traditional look, silk sarees should be the best for you.  Unique Silk Sarees Styling are an ideal option if you want to stick to the basics and yet look unique. Instead of racking your brains in bargaining with the vendor to get your hands on that gown that most guests at the wedding will be wearing anyway, why not wear a silk saree instead? But if you don’t want to pull a cliched look wearing ethnic gear, how about you add a bit of zing to your style? We show you different ways to wear silk sarees so you can stand out from the crowd.  Add a belt: If you’re running out of time but yet want to add a zing to your regular saree draping style, just wear a belt over it. For a traditional approach, you can opt for a classic Kamar bandh that should match your overall jewellery. If you want to add a modern twist to your look, you can opt for a corset-style belt that will highlight your beautiful curves. Dhoti style: If you’re known for your quirky sense of style, why not take it up by a notch when you wear your silk saree at a wedding? Instead of wearing a petticoat under your saree, wear matching leggings and drape the saree in a dhoti style. This will not only look stylish but will also make it comfortable for you to walk and dance during the festivities. Neck drape style: If you’re dying to create a memorable look at the wedding, bring a twist in your pallu draping style. The best you can do is wear your pallu like a scarf, around your neck. Make sure to keep the length of your pallu a bit longer to nail this Bohemian style. The butterfly style: Create an illusion of a taller and slender figure with this style of draping your saree. All you need to do is make extra thin pleats of your pallu and then pin it over your shoulder. This is the best style if you want to highlight your hourglass figure. The front pallu style: If the blouse of your saree features an elaborate and intricate design, this should be your go-to style. Instead of carrying over the pallu to your left shoulder, carry it from the back over to your right shoulder. You can spread out the pleats to nail the Gujarati style or simply let it if you want to draw attention to your beautiful blouse design. Unique Silk Sarees Styling Accessories your traditional look with either gold, silver or oxidized jewellery and wear either traditional flats or go full-on chic with heels. Wear your hair down in either a straight style or opt for a classic bun to complement your look.
How to Tell If A Leather Jacket is Genuine & Real
Whether you are shopping for a new leather jacket or looking to evaluate the genuineness of apre-owned piece, it can be delicate to tell the real thing from an reproduction. So how do you know if a leather jacket is authentic? Then is what to look for. 1. Look at the Leather The first thing you want to do is look at the leather. Leather is a natural material, so it will have variations in color and texture. This can be from different parts of the hide or animal, as well as how it was tanned. If you see any inconsistencies in color or texture-such as lighter spots in an otherwise dark leather-you may have a synthetic material instead of genuine leather. You'll also want to check for natural defects like scars or blemishes that are indicative of real leather but not synthetics. And if you're looking at suede, look out for different thicknesses. While some suede jackets might have thicker patches because they were cut from a thick section of cowhide, faux suede tends to be made with thinner pieces glued together on top of each other-so if your jacket has one continuous layer throughout its entire surface area (as opposed to being patchwork), then chances are good that it's genuine suede! 2. Smell the Jacket You can always tell a genuine leather jacket by smelling it. If the scent of leather is strong and distinct, then you know that the jacket is made from real leather and not just an imitation material. Leather jackets are made from animal skin, so it's no surprise that they have a distinct odor. It's important to understand that there are two types of animal skin used in making leather jackets - goat (goatskin) and cow (cowhide). Goat leather has a lighter weight than cowhide, but both materials are durable and sturdy enough to withstand regular wear throughout the years. 3. Feel the Leather If a leather jacket feels thin, light, and flimsy, it's probably fake. The thickness of the genuine article should give it a solid weight that feels substantial in your hands. This is one of those occasions where you can trust your instincts-if a jacket feels thin and delicate, chances are good that it isn't a real leather. The next test involves touching the surface of the garment to assess its smoothness and flexibility. Genuine leather jackets feel soft under your fingertips when you run them over any part of the surface; if they're stiff or rough to touch then they're likely not real leather either. Another way to tell if something is made from genuine cowhide is by holding up several different jackets against each other until you find one that matches yours exactly in terms of coloration (or at least close enough). If none seem like viable matches for yours then this would support an assumption that what you have may be fake after all. 4. Tug on It If you've never had the opportunity to touch a real leather jacket before, it may be hard to tell if your new purchase is genuine or not. However, with practice, you'll learn what real leather feels like. When you run your fingers over the surface of a genuine leather jacket, it will feel smooth and supple. It won't have any rough spots or scratchy bits. Instead, it will feel soft and pliable under your touch. If a piece of clothing feels too hard or too stiff, then this is usually an indication that it isn't made from genuine materials. This can happen because someone has treated their garment in order to make them look more authentic (and sell for more money), but these treatments tend to wear off over time and leave behind something that looks quite different than real leather. 5. Check for Scars on the Hides Real leather has scars. It's a sign of quality and craftsmanship, and you can tell the difference between real and fake by looking at them. If the scars on your jacket are too clean, it's probably not real leather. And if they're too deep, then it's also likely not genuine leather. The best way to identify if your jacket is made from high-quality hides is to look for small imperfections like these-they indicate that the hide had been carefully selected for its quality before being processed into your item of choice (in this case, a jacket) 6. Check out the Stitching There are a few things you can look for when examining the stitching of a leather jacket. First, look to see if the stitching is straight and even. Next, compare the width of each stitch to those around it to make sure they're all uniform. Make sure that there aren't any large gaps between stitches on any area of your garment (if there are, this could mean that someone tried to hide an old repair). Finally, take note of how close everything is to being perfect-this will help you determine whether or not this leather jacket was made with care and attention or if it's just another cheap knockoff. Conclusion Given the right information, it should be relatively easy to tell if a leather jacket is genuine or not. If you are shopping online and do not have the chance to feel the jacket in person, then make sure that you can view multiple photos of it from different angles. In general, designers will use only real leather as they know it is a premium material that helps maintain their brand's reputation. If possible, ask a friend with more experience in this area for some guidance.
How Tretinoin Gets Rid Of Acne and How To Use It?
Tretinoin cream is available in a variety of concentrations, ranging from .05 percent cream to creams containing up to .1 percent tretinoin. The type of tretinoin cream you use to treat acne, like many other skincare medications, can have a significant impact on your results as well as your risk of experiencing side effects. We've listed all of the different tretinoin cream concentrations that are available in the United States below. We've also discussed which concentration is best for treating and preventing acne. We've also discussed how tretinoin can be used as an acne treatment to prevent breakouts and keep your skin clear all year. What Exactly Is Acne? Acne vulgaris, also known as acne vulgaris, is a common skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles, or pores, become clogged with a mixture of sebum, dead skin cells, and other substances. Acne affects almost everyone at some point in their lives. For some, it is a condition that develops during adolescence. Adult acne breakouts, which can occur in a person's 30s, 40s, and even well into middle age, are a lifelong annoyance for others. Acne breakouts are caused by a variety of factors. One of these is sebum, a natural oil produced by your sebaceous glands. When sebum accumulates on the surface layer of your skin, it can seep into your pores and clog them. Another factor in acne is the accumulation of dead skin cells over time. These cells, which are left over from the epidermal turnover process, can combine with sebum to clog pores and cause acne. Acne can become infected, inflamed, and painful when bacteria begin to multiply inside a clogged pore. Acne can range in severity from minor comedones to severe nodules and cysts that cause skin irritation. Forms of Acne Comedonal When your pores become clogged with sebum and/or dead skin cells, these small acne lesions form. Both whiteheads and blackheads are common forms of comedonal acne. Inflammatory Because of the presence of bacteria, these acne lesions are red, tender, and occasionally painful. Consider a typical red, inflamed pimple. Inflammatory acne commonly manifests as papules and pustules. Nodular and Cystic When bacteria multiply inside acne lesions deep within your skin, these severe forms of acne develop. Nodular and cystic acne are frequently difficult to treat and can leave acne scars. How Does Tretinoin Treat Acne? Tretinoin is one of the most powerful acne treatment on the market today. In fact, tretinoin and other topical acne treatments have been referred to as a "mainstay" of therapy for acne breakouts in studies. Retinoids, such as tretinoin, work by speeding up the process by which your skin produces new cells, a process known as epidermal turnover. To understand how this prevents acne, we must first cover the fundamentals of how your skin maintains and repairs itself, as well as the effects this process can have on the texture and appearance of your skin. Your skin serves several purposes. These include acting as a barrier against infectious pathogens like fungi and bacteria, regulating your temperature, keeping water inside your body, and protecting your organs from UV radiation and its effects. In other words, your skin does more than just make you look good. The outer layer of your skin, known as the epidermis, is responsible for the majority of this work. Your epidermis constantly produces new cells to replace older, worn ones in order to maintain itself. These cells are formed in the skin's basal layers. They gradually travel to the surface over time, allowing your older skin cells to detach and shed into the environment. This process is known as epidermal turnover. Consider it your skin's way of applying a fresh coat of paint as each old layer is worn away by the environment. The length of the epidermal turnover process varies according to age and a variety of other factors. The epidermis of most people changes every 40 to 56 days. So, what does this have to do with acne, and how does tretinoin play a role in it? One of the most important factors in the development of acne breakouts is the accumulation of old skin cells on the surface layer of your skin. Tretinoin aids in the exfoliation of dead skin cells by promoting skin cell turnover. This reduces your chances of developing clogged pores that develop into comedones or other types of acne. Tretinoin has other skin benefits in addition to its ability to treat acne. It directly stimulates collagen production, which can lighten and conceal lines, wrinkles, and other signs of facial ageing. It can also help with photodamaged skin, which is rough, dry, or unevenly pigmented as a result of sun exposure. These non-acne benefits are covered in greater detail in our guide to using tretinoin to treat wrinkles and skin ageing. How Fast Does Tretinoin Work? Tretinoin begins to work as soon as it is absorbed by your skin, but it usually takes a few months before you notice any significant improvements. In most studies, it takes three to six months for tretinoin to produce visible improvements in acne severity. During this time, you may notice that your skin improves gradually, or that you have fewer pimples or other types of acne. Some people who use tretinoin for acne experience a tretinoin "purge," which is an increase in acne, skin irritation, and other symptoms after starting tretinoin treatment. This is a temporary problem that usually resolves itself after a few months. After starting tretinoin, it's critical to persevere and be patient. It does work, but it may take a few months before you notice any significant changes in your skin. Which Tretinoin Cream Concentrations Are There? Tretinoin acne cream is available in several strengths in the United States, ranging from .025 percent, .05 percent, and .1 percent. Side Effects of Tretinoin Concentrations Tretinoin is a medication that is both safe and effective for the vast majority of people. However, it, like all medications, has the potential for side effects. The majority of these are minor and temporary, but there are a few you should be aware of before using any tretinoin-containing product. Tretinoin may cause the following side effects: A stinging or warming sensation Skin that is red, scaling, or dry An increase in acne lesions for a short period of time Lighter or darker skin discolouration Blisters, crusting, and swelling of the skin Pain, burning, redness, or flakiness are all symptoms of a bacterial infection. Tretinoin can also have serious side effects, especially if you have sensitive skin or skin that is easily irritated by topical treatments. If you experience severe irritation, hives, itching, or pain after applying topical tretinoin, contact your dermatologist right away. Another important tretinoin side effect to be aware of is that it can increase your skin's susceptibility to sunlight, making you more susceptible to sunburn. If you use tretinoin, you should exercise caution in bright sunlight. Wear protective clothing to shield your face from bright sunlight, apply sunscreen, and avoid prolonged sun exposure, even if it is artificial, as much as possible. The higher the concentration of tretinoin cream, as with most skin medications, the more significant the results. Creams with a higher tretinoin concentration are more effective at preventing acne and premature skin ageing, but they are also more likely to cause side effects. These side effects may be more common if you combine tretinoin with another acne treatment, such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. What Tretinoin Strength Should I Use for Acne? There is no "best" concentration of tretinoin cream for the treatment of acne because everyone's skin is different. Most people who use tretinoin, whether for acne prevention or as an anti-aging cream, experiment with different concentrations over time before settling on the type of cream that works best for their skin. Most dermatologists in the India begin by prescribing low strength medications to their patients. If this cream is ineffective in treating your acne, your doctor may advise you to try a stronger tretinoin cream. If you experience side effects like skin irritation, redness, or peeling, your doctor may recommend switching to a lower strength tretinoin cream, using the cream less frequently, or using an alcohol-free face moisturiser in conjunction with the tretinoin cream to prevent dryness. Finally, keep in mind that tretinoin frequently causes the most serious side effects during the first two to six weeks of use. This means that even if the concentration and dosage are perfect, there is still a chance that you will experience irritation and other "purge" effects when you begin treatment.

~We Started A Youtube Channel~
Hello Vingle Friends and Family! Some of you may know @LemonLassie and myself already. For those of you whom we have not met yet, HELLO! I'm making this card to announce that we have started a Youtube channel that is VERY kpop-centric. Originally we were offered a Kpop show on AfreecaTV's global platform, but our producer was unfortunately laid off just days before the pilot episode. It was a bummer but we ultimately decided to try doing it on our own through Youtube. After months of planning and some major learning (neither of us had any sort of video editing skills), we have finally launched our channel. It's called TheRaveOffice. I wasn't sure if I would make a card about it here, but I realized there may be some Vinglers who would be interested in watching the sort of videos we post. A number of the segements, corners and ideas are ones we had originally conceived for the AfreecaTV show, but with a basically non-existant budget and sub-par technical execution (I'm really making us sound great, aren't I?). Things you can expect to see on TheRaveOffice Channel: ⭐ The Helixx & Lemon Show Here we talk about •Kpop news •Comebacks and debuts •Highlight underrated groups •Show love to other Youtube channels, websites, fan pages, companies and entities with a vested interest in Korean entertainment and culture that we feel may be interesting or entertaining to other Kpop fans. •Introduce new segments/shows to TheRaveOffice Channel ⭐ GetFitForOppa This started off as a joke of sorts but took on a life of it's own. We're joining a boxing gym and detailing our process of getting into shape, complete with custom fitness gear (I'm not lying, our shirts say GetFitForOppa). ⭐ Beginners Guide to KCON KCON is a totally awesome experience full of exciting, fun things to do and chances to see Oppa and Noona, but it's also a whirlwind of information, coordination and decision making. We thought we would share some of the lessons we've learned from our own KCON experiences to help first time convention goers. From purchasing tickets, navigating the convention, planning your schedule and even meal time, we'll share what we've learned to help others maximize their KCON experience. (This feature will be starting soon) ⭐ Kpop Vlogs From time to time we will vlog our experiences in Kpop. This might include concerts, KCON, trips to Korea Town and who knows whatever else. ⭐ The Adventures of Helixx & Lemon Next year, we will be embarking on the adventure of a lifetime when we pack our bags (and cats) and journey to South Korea, leaving everyone and everything we know behind. We will be living in Seoul for two years while attending university, completely immersed in the language and culture of the one country that unites every single Kpop fan on the planet. This odyssey requires a lot of planning and preperation in the months ahead. From setting up a Korean bank account and acquiring a Visa to renting an apartment in Korea and getting the necessary vaccinations (we need six), we will be chronicaling the journey. Our hope is that our process may prove insightful to others thinking about or planning similar moves. ⭐ Variety Show Games You know those games idols play on variety shows? If you're anything like us, you've thought about playing them countless times. Well, we decided it was time to give them a try. We'll be testing out different games, suffering the same punishments of losing and answering the question "are they as fun as they look"? ⭐ As You Say It We're both really excited to try this one out, but I'm not ready to give away the details just yet. INFINITE fans may have an idea of what this one is about, but for the rest of you, you'll just have to tune in to find out what shenanigans we have in store. ⭐ Giveaways ⭐ So Much More.... The channel launched two days ago with our channel trailer, which you can view below. We filmed the first episode of The Helixx & Lemon Show this afternoon and plan to have it uploaded by the weekend. We upload new videos every week, so if you're interested in what TheRaveOffice has to offer, make sure to subscribe to catch all the fun. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX-_1Rkvd4nNAZvnWKvQTSQ/videos You can also check out our FB page for updates and information on the channel. https://www.facebook.com/TheRaveOffice/ Thank you Vingle Fam! You need to pay attention to how your wig is groomed, too much combing can damage your wig. How to comb a lace wig? We will show you in as much detail as possible how to groom affordable human hair frontals and bundles wig for more volume. Prepare the tools you need before you start and place your wig in a wig rack. 1. Comb and curl your lace wig First, we need to comb the straight wig with a wide tooth comb so the hair doesn't tangle. You can then curl your wig to make it look looser than a straight wig. If you are using a human hair wig, you can use a curling iron to curl it. If you are using a synthetic wig, you are advised to use a roller as it is less heat resistant. Pull out a section of hair and wind the ends around the roller, then slowly roll it to the bottom. Use some long pins to secure the drum. Now repeat the process, wrapping the drum until all the hair is finished. Let it stay like this all night. If you have an evaporation cap, it works even better. Wait until the next morning. 2. Comb your hair Take a section of hair and brush it from the third part of the hair. Do not brush straight up and down when combing. You can do a more circular motion. Comb your hair back. You get hair that looks like a cloud, clumping around the roots and giving your hair a very fluffy look. You don't have to comb all your hair, just in areas where you want it to look fuller. It's just a matter of preference. Be patient during the grooming process, treat your wig gently and avoid tangles. 3. Brush your hair again Repeat the above steps to get more hair collected at the roots, creating a certain height. And it looks plump, too. 4. Smooth your hair After completing the above steps, brush gently bit by bit with a brush on the hair surface, making it smoother. Doing so will make it look more natural. 5. Keep style longer The final step is to use some styling spray to make your hair last longer. What other questions about wigs are bothering you? 5 Nail Products To Keep Your Cuticles On Fleek
This past weekend I made a decision that I literally contemplated for hours. Growing up, I was the queen of acrylic nails. They were my life, but two years ago I decided I would keep it natural and rock my own nails because -- why not? For the past two years I've been growing out my natural nails and the journey has been beautiful. They are strong, long and I honestly, don't even miss acrylic one bit. I started to get manicures every other week because I like to keep my nails and toes up to par, but I was finding that my nails would chip and/or smudge sometimes hours after my appointment. It became rather frustrating and I decided I would save money and start doing them myself, but nothing changed. My nails would chip like crazy and I got to the point where I didn't even waste the time putting on polish anymore. For a woman who loves painted nails, it was tough. I finally seeing color on my nails and I got to the point where I decided I would just go for it. But what's the point in getting a manicure that wont even last two days? That's when I did the unthinkable and got gel. While I was used to getting gel on my acrylic nails, I had never gotten gel on my natural nails and I had heard the horror stories. My nails had come a long way over the years and I didn't want something as simple as a couple coats of gel to destroy my nails. I went through with it and immediately fell in love. While I know the risks of brittle nails, etc. -- I have also stumbled across a few products that might just help in keeping my nails strong and healthy.
