Creating a beautiful burger is easier than you think. And in this case, less is more. Here are five easy ways to make sure you're getting a tasty, out-of-this-world burger.
Although I have put a stop on the meat train, I still have a lot of meat wisdom. And as all of you know, I am a huge burger fan!
1 - Buy Good Beef
This is so damn important! The crappier the beef, the crappier your burger. Invest in ground beef that's fresh and organic. You'll want to also get ground chuck beef that has between 15 to 20 perfect fat in it. Remember, it's the fat that gives a burger its finger-lickin' flavor.
2 - Don't Be Afraid Of Seasoning
For myself, I just use pepper, salt, and garlic. But, that's because I just like my burger that way. But you can experiment with all sorts of seasonings.
3 - Dress It up
Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles - oh my! Dress that bad boy up like its getting read for prom. Think about your favorite cheeses, savory dressings, and fresh, cold vegetables. Oh, and don't forget a toasted bun!

When you're cooking burgers, they sometimes lose their shape and even shrink. If you want to maintain a gorgeous round shape for your burger, make divot or hole in the middle.
