Apartments in South Korea

Que tal peeps!

Are you thinking about moving or staying in South Korea? Do you know anything about the world of apartment finding in South Korea? Maybe you just like looking at other people doing apartment tours. That's cool mis amigos. Don't worry I got you covered. Below are some videos of apartment tours in South Korea. However, here are some notes. Purchasing an apartment is very different than buying on in America. Here we will have to pay a deposit which can be very low. If you good credit in my experience some places will waive your deposit fee. However, in South Korea you have to pay Key money. This can range from $5,000- $10,000 in USA money. You will pay this before you move in just like you would deposit money. The more Key money you give the less your monthly payments will be. Once you leave you will get some of your Key money back. The other apartments seem very spacious and probably are more expensive. However, this is what you can get with $2,000 Key Money and $500 a month. This is considered to be really cheap and it is rare that you would get anyone provide this low price. My dorm room was bigger than this! I was so shocked. My my first apartment rent was about this much monthly (a bit more) and it was spacious for one person just like the above apartments. But you have to do what you have to do! I'm not mad at ya!
