After only one season, Scott Skiles is leaving the Orlando Magic.

"After much thought and careful consideration, I and I alone, have come to the conclusion that I am not the right head coach for this team," Skiles said in a statement released by the team. "Therefore, effective immediately, I resign my position as head coach of the Orlando Magic."
Skiles was someone who was welcomed with open arms by the upper levels of management and given a lot of power in personnel changes. His choices to move young players like Tobias Harris caused a ripple effect in the franchise. He also shook the franchise to the core due to his rotations, as he often brought Victor Oladipo off the bench. A very odd call as Oladipo is considered the franchise player.

Who do you think is the right fit as the next coach as the Orlando Magic?
