@LaceChic1 I hope that in the near future, you will be able to sleep peacefully without meds. I'll say Plexus does not cure anything, however, it does actually help with ptsd and bpd... Not only does it help, but it shouldn't affect any medication. If you are not sure about it always speak to a doctor. There are a lot of people who have actually been in your position and it has helped... I hope that you definitely keep your gut clean... Make sure that the foods you eat are not harmful to your body! This is important... Your gut is important!
