Where else but Siberia? ;) What DID surprise me was how large the city was. As the capital of the Sakha Republic in Russia, there are 270,000 people living there (I thought living in Chicago during the winter was mad enough) Average (not record) temperature is during winter is around -38.6°C (−37.5 °F). sources: http://lightbox.time.com/2013/04/10/yakutsk-the-coldest-city-on-earth/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakutsk http://visityakutia.com/the-worlds-coldest-roadtrip-travel-yakutsk-oymyakon-magadan-yakutia-kolyma-siberia-russia/

Just that city? Wow, I thought most diamonds came from africa
so, if you take a leak in middle of the street, would it be frozen just like in the movie ?:D
@Tapsamai LOL I was thinking, "if you spit in the street, will the spit freeze and shatter before hitting the ground?" but your question is just as valid.
though perhaps a bit more painful.
haha @minjaeturtles i wonder how that would work
