I have looked into different spices and have implemented them into my diets; whether a salad or in the flavouring; certain spices have very good purposes such as preventing disease or speeding metabolism or their antioxidant uses. So far I have parsley, basil, oregano, cinnamon & cumin. I always do further research since I learned that coconut oil has some opposing oppinions.
