This morning I woke up feeling light-headed because there was so much heat in the room.I get direct sunlight in my bedroom and that is how I wake up in the morning. I don't remember when I stopped using an alarm clock. Upon waking up my hair was in a total mess and my face was bloated! I ate thai food (tom yum soup) last night and whenever I eat salty and spicy food my face reflects that in the morning. I was so convinced to just throw on my jersey dress and go to work because I don't want to deal with styling today but I have an event to go to this evening with my husband. I dressed up in my black lace dress and even tried putting on makeup but failed because I can't work a liquid eye liner. So, I just ended up not doing my makeup and go with my regular skincare routine.

This little bottle saved my day.

Face Rescue: Tone + Ice cubes As I mentioned earlier. My face was bloated. I can tell because my eye lids were puffier than usual. I can feel that weight on my eyes. Anyways I spritz a good amount of toner on my face to quickly refresh and tone the areas that needed more moisture. Avoid the eyes. Then I used ice cubes around my eye area to de-puff them. Second Day Hair Rescue: Spritz Witch Hazel on the Scalp My hair was in a top knot last night. I didn't even know when I fell asleep. Food coma and tiredness both took over my body and when I woke up it was already 6. I didn't really want to deal with my hair. I just washed it yesterday and I didn't want to dry it out. So, I combed it and use some water to bring it back to a presentable phase. The root was a bit flat so I spritz my toner on my comb and gently teased it a bit. I also spritz some toner on my ends. By the way, this is the first time I'm doing this and I don't know how it will turn out. If it didn't work out I was going to hop into the shower and give in to my hair. Surprisingly, it refreshed my hair and gave it a pretty scent. This might be my new alternative to dry shampoo! Honestly, this toner has been so helpful! I use it as a face mist, body mist, ingrown hair remedy, mosquito bite remedy, and I use it to refresh my coats. Best of all, it' alcohol-free! I don't usually rave about a product so much but after this morning's experience I'm sold. It's going to be one of my summer cabinet staple!
@primodiva93 I didn't either but I gave it a shot after finding it in a local beauty boutique.
Never heard of this type of witch hazel before. Have to give it a try
@LindaGuandique It's about $7 and purchased it a a local beauty shop in Seoul but you can find it Ulta or here:
