This before picture was taken 5 years ago I still can't believe how far I've come. At that point I was just starting to make small changes in my life that would eventually lead to me making better/healthier choices about what I eat and working out 6 days a week. People have asked me if I've now reached my goal weight but I never really had a goal weight I'm just trying to live a healthy lifestyle wherein I will always try to be active and eat healthy, I'm not just trying to lose weight. And believe me I'm not perfect and I do indulge here and there I just try not to over do it. After 5 years I'm definitely not at the end of anything I'm still trying to push myself to do things I never thought I was capable of doing.
