Ban Ji-yeon (Uhm Jung-hwa) is a 39-year-old investigative news reporter at Trouble Maker. Her job is the most important thing in Ji-yeon's life, and she's so passionate about it that colleagues call her a "witch" behind her back. Ji-yeon focuses all her energy on work because she stopped believing in love after her last boyfriend, 41-year-old war photographer Noh Shi-hoon disappeared prior to their wedding day.
Yoon Dong-ha (Park Seo-joon) is a 25-year-old guy who runs a small errand center with his friend. Their store will do pretty much anything for a customer from dressing as Santa Claus to providing security for an idol star. Dong-ha seems happy-go-lucky, but he hides a secret sorrow, having lost his girlfriend to a fatal heart problem. Since her death, he's lost all his ambition and drive, with his career plans sidelined.
Sparks fly when Ji-yeon and Dong-ha meet, and despite the age difference, they find a lot in common with each other, including their scarred hearts.

Yong Soo-chul (Yoon Hyun Min)
This character is so funny and wouldn't have made the drama the same if he wasn't in it. Ji-Yeon gives him the nickname "Spinach" and fits him. He is so cute and sweet towards his love at first sight. He takes care of her like no other and is straightforward with his words with Dong-Ha and tries to help him understand things he doesn't get. He is so caring and tries his best to help everyone. I love Park Seo-joon but Soo Chul is just too cute and funny not to love in this drama. I like funny guys so this is a big yes for me. I don't think I would've enjoyed this drama as much if he wasn't in it.

Ok I didn't think there would be such an enormous amount of chemistry between these two main leads but I realized a long time ago that Park Seo-joon has the power to have chemistry with everyone he acts with. That's no different here. Honestly, the reason I held this drama off for so long was because of the age gap between them. I thought that I would find them really awkward and feel uncomfortable watching them but after watching the 1st episode I noticed that it wasn't awkward at all but rather sweet. He doesn't care about age but she always brought it up and thought it was a problem but not Dong-Ha. He looks at Ji-Yeon with such passion and has a sweet and warm smile. They are always having fun together and they are so cute! And the kisses are so passionate thanks to Dong-Ha's Lip Service. >_<

This is Shi-Hoon who is Ji-Yeon's ex-boyfriend that never showed up at their wedding and never called for 6 years. He shows up all of a sudden and wants to start over with Ji-Yeon. What annoys me is the fact that even though he was in a comma for 3 months and wakes up. He doesn't bother calling until 6 years later he meets her and asks to start over and acts like nothing happened when something clearly does. He is super irritating but what's more irritating is Ji-Yeons accepts him and they start dating again and even plans to try marrying him again after what he did. But she thinks of all the pain he went through and goes through with his request. WHY???
Soo-chul and Eun-chae
I was rooting for this couple ever since Soo-chul fell for Eun-chae. They are so cute and make me squeal. I love them together. So sweet!!!

Yes, it had a very interesting plot. At first it doesn't seem so interesting but when you find out that Dong-Ha had a girlfriend who died and Ji-Yeon had a fiancé who never showed up to the wedding and hasn't called for 6 years. That really adds plot to the whole story of a workaholic woman who is 39 and known as a witch because she is really mean. Also, a 25 year old man who dropped out of college and stopped himself from becoming a doctor and instead is a part timer and fills his life with taking care of others. Their both lonely and single. Ji-Yeon feels flustered and excited for the first time in 6 years after Dong-Ha kisses her and she is confused. She makes a big deal that the age gap of 14 years is too big and she can't handle that. But Dong-Ha doesn't care, he tells her numerous times that it doesn't matter and there is no law against it. Eventually the story gets dramatic at some parts but others it's heartbreaking, then gets happy.

1st Kiss in 6 Years!
Dong-Ha gives a passionate kiss and it is really sweet and makes me feel all fuzzy. While Ji-Yeon is confused whether she likes it or not...
"Come Into My Heart" by Park Seo-joon
This song just screams "Notice me!" I love the slow tempo and soft voice of Park Seo-joon.

I loved this drama. It had the romance, comedy and drama that I wanted. Some dramatic scenes that got you hooked and extremely sweet scenes that made you die of happiness inside. They chose amazing actors to play the part. I love that Park Seo-joon was in this because I can't imagine anyone else playing that part, he did an amazing job as usual. I loved the chemistry and the emotions put into their acting was outstanding. The plot was great, they filled us in on everything and didn't leave gaps. I was never bored and wanted to keep watching. The soundtrack was okay, it wasn't anything special to me but maybe to others. None of the songs really stuck to my head and made me want to listen to it on repeat all day like other dramas.

9/10 - It was a well put together romantic/comedy and I full recommend it because if you don't want to watch it because of the age gap like I did. Then still give it a try, you will think differently about it. It's cute and funny!

Have you watched "Witch's Romance", and did you like it?

@biancadanica98 In she was pretty, I was so mad at him in the beginning when he was mean to hye Jin. I'm not sure who shares this opinion but I love Siwon's character, just because he's so funny. Granted, I'm 10 episodes in and still haven't finished it yet.
@Kamiamon Mine too!
