수박바 is one of my favorite Korean popsicles that you can find in Korean marts!

It's watermelon on top with a sweeter flavor at the bottom (still not actually sure what it is...) with little pieces of chocolate covered peanuts inside as the 'seeds.'

수박 - Watermelon

(soo-bak)

바 - Bar

(bah)
If you can't get to a local Korean or Asian food market, try this recipe at home via The Pretty Bee!

What you need:

3½ cups seedless watermelon cubes
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
4-5 teaspoons sugar (optional, amount may vary based on your kiwi)

What you do:

Put the watermelon cubes in a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
Pour watermelon into popsicle molds, filling each one about two-thirds full.
Place sticks in the molds and freeze until watermelon is firm, about 2 hours.
Place the kiwi and sugar in the blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour the kiwi mixture into the popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Have you ever tried a Korean popsicle or ice cream you've loved?

I haven't tried a Korean ice cream yet but I have tried Chinese and Japanese ice cream and pops. thou I guess having your high school in the heart of China Town does that for you.
I've had the melon bars and they're SO GOOD! I remember the first time I brought them home my dad almost finished all of them! I recently tried the blue ones (soda flavored) there's something about Korean ice cream that is waaaay better than ours. It's so creamy and flavorful!
CREAMSICLES CAN I GET AN AMEN🙌🏻🙌🏻
