Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program: http://udskambulk.xyz What's up everybody! Week 3 is here and it's already hump day. My weight is slowly going down, started at 168 and I'm down to 162. The goal for this program is to get as lean as possible, preferably around 10% body fat. I haven't had my abs pop out since high school and I want to see how much muscle mass I can keep while getting shredded. Sorry for the lack of daily updates, life threw me a curve ball so I have to roll with it.
