Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program: http://udskambulk.xyz After a slow start I'm back on track and my weight on the scale today reflects it. I'm down to 157.8 lbs and I can feel my stomach finally shrinking. To ramp up getting lean and shredded I decided to add in going low in carbs. Kinobody provides the basic principles of intermittent fasting and reverse pyramid training while eating a really flexible diet. I'm going to do my own version of the keto diet on top of what I'm already doing on the Warrior Shredding Program. It's all about knowing your body and how it responds to certain foods and training. I've tried lots of diets in the past but never the keto diet. Just remember, eating a certain way is only temporary unless you can make it your lifestyle. I love carbs so i know it won't last forever. Be realistic with your goals and lifestyle to cater to your own personal life. What works for others may not work for you so why not try everything until you find what you like. Have a great Thursday!

@danidee keto is pretty strict and I'll give it my all. I've read the adjusting period can take up to 3 weeks. Don't know how long I can go without breads, desserts, pasta and sugars but we'll see.
