I started adding ground ginger spice to my meals and using the boiled ginger with lemon juice & honey. I will be trying turmeric as an additional flavor to see if I like. This is also to aid digestion & disturbances of digestion.

chopped fresh ginger is great in stir fried dishes and chicken soup.

I loveeee fresh ginger. AND turmeric. Turmeric is supposed to be a good anti-inflammatory too!
