Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program: http://udskambulk.xyz I made it through the work week and I've been sticking to the Warrior Shredding Program and I've added in the keto diet, basically zero carbs, only from vegetables. I'm happy that I'm under 160 lbs, I've been staying full a lot longer and I don't have any hunger pains. The hard part I'd have to say is I can't eat anything sweet or with sugar like danishes and breads. I've been craving that so I'll just wait until my refeed day which is this weekend. Overall my strength has been staying the same, belly is shrinking and I haven't really went through the keto flu phase which is basically adapting to the no carbs and feeling tired. I was super lethargic on Friday, but I read that being low on sodium and electrolytes is usually the cause so I ate me some dills and drank me some pickle juice.
