Woman Uses Vacuum Cleaner To Climb 33-Story Skyscaper.

So maybe the vacuum cleaner you've got at home is powerful enough to clean your living room carpet, but is it strong enough to help you scale a wall?

LG and 2015 U.S. Extreme Rock Climbing bronze medalist Sierra Blair-Coyle collaborated to create this incredible stunt - where Sierra uses the company's new cordless vacuum to scale the wall of a 460-foot, 33-story building in South Korea's Songdo International Business District.

You're going to want to see this. (And try this at home. But don't. Don't try this at home.)

Also, props to the camera crew who followed her the entire way up. Because I'm terrified of height. And this is a big NOPE.

In the end, the experiment turned out to be a success, and Sierra proved that having two LG cordless vacuums strapped on your back is certainly the best way to channel your inner Peter Parker when you can't make those spidey webs on your own.
You can watch the full video above to see Sierra in action, but in the meantime, answer this question for me:

If were a famous athlete like Sierra and LG asked you to scale a skyscraper with one of their vacuums, would you do it?

(Personally, I'd give it one giant HELL NO!)

@danidee yeah, the gritty material helps your hands grab the walls. You see more in free climbs such as climbing buildings or cliffs
@danidee I done the rock gyms, but I've never done the free hand using just chalk
To hell with that! XD I'm not afraid of heights, but I'd still be scared xD

How Can I Protect My Hair Outside?
How to protect your hair from sunburn when outdoors? Check out today's post and do this to keep your transparent lace wig still smooth. Why can hair be sunburnt? Hair is made up of keratinocytes, most of which are keratin. Keratin consists of long chains of about 20 amino acids, most of which are cysteine. When exposed to sunlight, cysteine absorbs a lot of ULTRAVIOLET light, causing the disulfide bond to break, penetrating and damaging the keratin in hair. Make the hair loses original moisture and nutrition, wool is qualitative flimsy gradually, bring about the bundles with frontal to become yellow thereby, bifurcate, dry. As a result, exposure to the sun can damage anyone's blonde frontal. Women who like to buy braids and wigs with closure should be especially aware of this. How can we tell if our hair has been damaged by the sun? 1. When looking at hair in the sun, the roots and the middle split apart. The whole hair looks dry, yellow, nutrient-poor, and lifeless. 3. Dryness occurs soon after washing your hair. 4. Hair becomes inflexible and breaks easily. Sometimes you'll see faded lines on the hair stem. How to protect your hair from the sun? 1. Minimize or avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. 10 o 'clock in the morning - 3 o 'clock in the afternoon is the most vital period of ultraviolet light, usually try not to be in this period of time for a long time outdoor activities, can reduce the UV damage to the hair to the lowest. 2. When outside, opt for a breathable sunshade or UV-protected umbrella to keep the sun out of your hair. 3. Before going out, apply a leave-in moisturizer to help lock in moisture in your hair. Apply it directly to dry or wet hair, then spray with a sunscreen moisturizer spray to keep hair moist longer. 4. Trim the ends of badly damaged hair. Nowadays, most wigs bought by customers are human lace wigs. So if you wear a human wig, you also need to protect your hair from the sun. 97% vs 3%
Society is divided up between two categories. There's the 97% and the 3%. The 97% are the average people. They work 9-5 jobs, focused too much on their education, don't think outside the box, and simply quit on themselves and their goals (if they had any significantly big ones). Yes, some people chose to be a part of that percentile and that's ok because it's their choice. They wanted it to be easy. But for those who complain about it have no right to. They may be thinking "I work 8 hours a day. I deserve better and should be living a better life." In reality they don't. They knew what they were getting themselves into and what the rest of their life would be like. They have made their choice a have given up on what could have been, for them, a life full of rewards and luxury. They decide to see the obvious instead of what's further ahead, and when they see the obvious, they hurt themselves more by looking at it through one perspective. These are the people who have simply said "I will do my part in society no matter the cost." Education plays a huge factor in your destiny. Some dream jobs do require an advanced education. When this is present, education is ok to take part in for it is needed to achieve a dream. For jobs that don't require education, you simply are spending $100,000 to people who will never know your name. The 3% of people in society are the people who put themselves away from society. They're the entrepreneurs in this world, the people loaded with confidence, they ignore what people say, etc. These people realized they have so much potential in their life and they take the opportunity even when it's not present. To be where they are they took the risks and sacrifices and understood what outcomes could come. Every penny they've ever made was put into what they believed in even if it was a dream or goal so big it scared them. Fear is not present in these people. They realized the only thing that could really stop them was fear therefore they learned to overcome it. No matter the criticism they received, negative comments they've been told, or even simply being told "you can't do it." 24 hours was not enough for them to get what they needed done so they would put in a full 24 hours of work. Now, depending on who they are and their stories, they could have had an easy start or challenging one. Some entrepreneurs were lucky enough to have a family member who already started the business or gave a startup of $1,000,000. But some start with nothing but a dollar and a vision. One feels much more rewarding than the other and causes them to have a bigger appreciation for what they have and have done. The 3% are always hungry no matter what they have. They will not stop until they have what they want. There are many quotes for these people but the quote posted best describes them. So now that you know a little about the two sides of society, which one will you choose? Are you happy with where you stand? Or do you want better? It's never too late to change or start. All it takes is confidence, hard work, and a drive strong enough that you constantly think "I can't quit now." Keep pushing towards what you want and stop at nothing. Have a good day guys, Kyler

Kpop is Actually Born from Korean Protest Songs
Alright so I'm a total history nerd, I majored in East Asian Studies and eat stuff like this up. Read the full (long!) article here - I will try to explain it basically, but its really worth the read. Here we go: It all started with Japan. As you might know, Japan colonized Korea eventually trying to erase Korean culture all together on the peninsula. In the very beginning though, that wasn't the case. Japan was willing to share Korean and Japanese culture, and the Japanese and Korean elite often spoke together and traded pop culture. Japanese elite brought over Western-influenced music because of their connections with the Western world (which Korea didn't interact with other than missionaries at the time) The Korean elite wanted to be modern and successful like Japan, so they adopted this music (called Changga) as their new favorite genre. (You can hear a lot of European influences in early Korean music...) This is where it gets interesting. The Korean elite wanted to be independent of Japan. They wanted Korea to stand alone as a strong nation, not pushed around by China or Japan anymore. They stared the pro-independence movement. Now, most revolutions like this would turn to traditional music, traditional culture to strengthen the country (for example, Korea would use ancient Korean songs to protest the Japanese occupation) but the Korean elite didn't! They wanted Korea to be strong, and to be strong they felt like they needed to modernize - ie be like the West. They used this Changga music (ironically brought to them by Japan) to protest Japanese rule! To this day Korea is always trying to "keep up with" the Western world so that they can be considered modern and powerful. Most things that they do is to modernize and stay trendy because that is how the country has always defined strength. But then, Japan decided to make money off of that... Japan had seen its first real pop music hit in 1914. People were buying records, following tabloids, and really getting into pop culture. That was really the birth of the Japanese music industry. In 1926, Korea had a similar experience. A song called the "Death Song" appeared, sung by Yun Shim-Deok. The singer committed suicide with her lover right after the song was released and the story made HUGE headlines. It was chilling, 'romantic,' and dramatic. Korea ate it up. Japanese record companies came in and started selling the record, selling over 50,000 copies! (In 1926 that number is totally insane!) You can listen to the death song here: The record industry after that was run mainly by the Japanese yakuza and their partnered Korean gangsters. The industry was set up very similar to how it is now, with entertainment industries doing everything in-house (SM has specific song writers that only work for SM, and their artists are actors, singers, models, etc) This is also why so many Kpop artists become actors...because even back in the 1920s musicians couldn't make enough money so the real way to make a living was through acting. That still stands today. So, today's Kpop is based off of this first "Korean pop" hit (the death song) AND protest songs against Japan. So when people say that Kpop is just a copy of Western music, they're sort of right but not in the way that they're thinking. Yes, its a reflection of Western culture, but the reason behind it is that Korea has been fighting to be recognized as a modern, powerful force to be reckoned with since the early 1900s. They want people to know Korea is strong, modern, and a country to look up to, not look down upon. So the next time someone tells you Kpop is a lame copy of American pop - give them this little history lesson. Again, PLEASE read the full article - its so interesting! HERE it is!
Love It Or Hate It: Would You Ever Skydive?
Welcome to the Funny Community game, Love It Or Hate It! This game is really similar to Monday's 'No Good or So Good' food game - except this one deals a lot more with non-food things. Every week, I highlight a different thing that a lot of people either really love or really hate and see how our community feels overall! Last week, I asked you how you felt about EDM! Out of the 48 who gave your opinion, 25 of you said EDM is just 'meh'. Soooo... EDM has been voted to be NO GOOD!!!!! This week, I want to know: How do you feel about skydiving?
