Introducing The Cat-Safe Wine Your Fur Baby Deserves.

Maybe we can't have that long, gratifying talk we've always wanted with our cats, but thanks to one new company, at least we can finally split a bottle of wine with them!

Denver-based Apollo Peak has become the country's very first purveyor of wine for cats.

This alcohol-free 'wine' comes in white (Mos-Cat-O) and red (Pinot Meow) and closely mimics the scent, color, and flavor of actual wine. It's organic, all-natural, and 100% safe for cat, dog, AND human consumption.
The wine is made by brewing a special tea blend made from beetroot and a blend of other pet-safe herbs - including catnip, which according to the company's official website, might affect your cat quite differently than you'd think:
"When cats smell catnip, they tend to get funny, move around, and play a lot. The exact opposite occurs when they ingest catnip. They normally will become more 'mellowed' out when they drink the wine so it might actually help for those restless nights."
As of right now, the wine is available online in 8-'meownce' bottles for $11.59 or as a 1.6-'meownce' single tasting for $4.95 - a worthy new addition to your and Fluffy's Friday night Netflix marathons.

Would you buy this wine for your cat?

@danidee so sad rest in spaghetti Never forgetti
@danidee so catnip is a natural antidepressant? Although I don't need it, the tea could be useful to calm the nerve. That's cool as long as it's not a natural laxative.
so i spotted this, @Helixx you have six cats i have three....we should try this out

Japanese Sake Has Amazing Benefits For Your Skin
No worries, you won't get tipsy. If you enjoy a few shots of sake every now and then, you'll be excited to know that the warm drink actually has some amazing benefits when it comes to your skin. Yes, you read that correctly. A Japanese rice wine you usually pair with your sushi can have you waking up like Beyonce. Flawless, honey. According to our favorite girl Chrissy Teigen, she informed viewers on her daytime talk show Fab Life, that the popular skincare brand SK-II's is inspired by none other than sake. While most of us are probably wide mouthed with surprise, for the Japanese, using sake for your skin has been a tradition for years. They even go as far as bathing in the wine on New Year's Day to rid themselves of evil spirits. According the SK-II's, they use an ingredient in their skincare line called pitera ["derived from a strictly controlled natural fermentation process"] which is a strain of yeast found in the sake. How amazing and interesting is that? It's becoming a trend to find skincare products that happen to be infused with this all natural ingredient and the results happen to be amazing. So, grab yourself a shot glass, throw one back and keep scrolling to see a few products that will give you the skin you've always drank -- oops, I meant dreamt of.
