Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program: http://udskambulk.xyz It's week 5 and I am down about 13 lbs. I'm pretty happy with my results thus far. Intermittent fasting has become effortless and it's part of my lifestyle now. Keto is a whole different animal. I've been doing keto for about 2 weeks now and it something that has great benefits, but I'll have to work for it. The only reason it may be a struggle is because I love breads and sweets. The effects I've seen so far is my energy levels have gone through the roof. I'm not tired mid-day and I feel great. Because of all the fat I eat, I don't get hungry randomly like how I usually am. The fats keep me satiated and satisfied. For Father's day I had a cheese Danish and some rice so I got kicked out of ketosis. Usually it takes me about 3 days to get back in. I'll still be doing both, the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program and the keto diet, and I'll just have to see how sustainable keto really is for me.
