right your not really understanding that your basing the time your being productive on a made up schedule to keep things in control . doesn't matter what time you wake up, doesn't matter what time you go to sleep .
matters only what your mind does.
@LuisFSanta actually I used to stay up until 2-3am every night and woke up at 9am. Now I go to sleep at 11-12 and wake up at 5-6am. The difference is significant. When you wake up early, meditate, take a run, go to work, your productivity gets a huge boost. Try it :)
