So, here's a little recipe I came up with during my diet. I don't call it anything special, but it's made of shrimp, spinach, and mushroom. It's great to eat during lunch! It's very low in calories, I believe, as it's mostly made up of vegetables and shrimp. (Seafood is a great thing to eat while on a diet since it's low in calories ^^)
So here's a list of things you'll need: 1. Shrimp (Any size) 2. Spinach 3. Mushroom 4. Lemon Pepper Seasoning 5. Olive oil/Coconut oil/Canola Oil 6. Pan 7. Flipper
So, first thing's first...grab two large white mushrooms. Wash it up and chop them like so.
Now, let's go ahead and wash up some spinach. You can add as much spinach as you want! It's a green leafed vegetable and it tastes awesome!
Grab your shrimp now...if it's tiny shrimp, I tend to keep it around 20-30 pieces. If it's larger shrimp, I keep it around 10-12 pieces. Wash them first!
Get your pan out and put it in medium heat. Keep it to about a teaspoon of oil. Choose any kind of oil suggested, but coconut oil is the best as it's very low in calories.
Now, put your shrimp in the pan and sprinkle some of the lemon pepper on. Once the one side is orange, flip it and sprinkle some of the lemon pepper on that side too.
Once both sides are orange, add on the mushroom and spinach. Sprinkle a little bit more of the lemon pepper and just stir it. It's all settled and done after the spinach looks like the picture above.
You're all done! If you end up cooking it and liking it, please take a picture and tag me in it! I would love to see what you thought of the food! :)
