Jin-Hee (Song Ji-Hyo) led a satisfying life as a dietitian. She then met medical school student Chang-Min (Choi Jin-Hyuk). Despite his wealthy family's strong opposition, Jin-Hee and Chang-Min decided to get married. Chang-Min's family is full of doctors. Chang-Min though gave up his medical internship and began working as a pharmaceutical salesman. Their marriage life was not happy. Chang-Min's family looked down on Jin-Hee and even Chang-Min seemed to change. Chang-Min began to think terribly of Jin-Hee and they finally divorced. After their divorce, Jin-Hee became a medical student and now works as an intern. Chang-Min also graduated from medical school and begins to work as an intern. One day, they meet in the emergency room for a hospital where they will both work together.

Oh Chang-min (Choi Jin-hyuk) is the male lead in this drama. He has a family full of doctors and he goes to medical school until he has to drop out to stay with the one he loves but when has to start working as a pharmaceutical salesman, he hates and is frustrated with how hard it is working as a salesperson. He tries his best for his wife but he can't take it one day. Him and his wife split up from then on. Chang-min goes back to medical school and becomes an intern at a hospital. His ex-wife decides to become a doctor too after they split... Thus, they both end up interning at the same hospital. Chang-min is indeed a sweetheart, he tries his best to take care of Jin-hee when they meet again and he falls in love with her all over again. He never knew that he would love her again but he does. Chang-min was the star of this show, he made it funny and adorable. He is really charming, tall and handsome! What's not to love? Plus he is training to become a doctor, and ill tell you what. He looks fine in a doctors suit! >_< Also when he sang a song that was directed to Jin-hee, it made me tear up and I could hear the sincerity in his voice when he sang it and so could Jin-hee.

Jin-hee (Song Ji-hyo) is the Ex-wife of Chang-min. In the past, she wasn't as outgoing and straightforward. She was very sweet and down to earth. But after she couldn't take how unappreciative Chang-min was towards her while they were married and she had health problems. She let it all out! Now she is an intern and she says whatever she is thinking. She despises Chang-min and how he treated her. She is really odd now and stands out quite a lot. She is still sweet deep down but you have to dig deep. She still falls back in love with Chang-min but after he falls for her. She takes a while because she still holds grudges towards him. Jin-hee does gain a little crush on Gook Chun-soo (Lee Pil-mo) and he also likes her. Which is where our love triangle forms.

Gook Chun-soo (Lee Pil-mo) is so sweet and is also a doctor. He falls for Jin-hee but has his heart broken as he sees both Jin-hee and Chang-min kiss in front of him. I fell in love with Lee Pil-mo ever since I saw him in Pinocchio. He is such a kind and lovable guy. For an older guy, he is really handsome and I got slight 2nd lead syndrome but I still loved Chang-min more till the end. Also the one scene where Chun-soo and Jin-hee perform CPR together is so hilarious, I die from laughter each time I watch it. Because it's so awkward and funny to watch.

The story revolves around a married couple who fall out of love with each other and get a divorce. They don't see each other for a couple years until they both show up as interns at the same hospital. Both of them believe that they can't fall for each other again and that they hate one another. But, being around each other once again has brought their spark back and Chang-min falls for Jin-hee once again and she comes around to falling for him as well. I love this story because it shows just because you loved someone and fell out of love, doesn't mean you cant fall for that same person again. This drama chose amazing actors to express these roles and great side characters. They both become doctors. Thus the name, because they intern in the emergency room and their a couple. EMERGENCY COUPLE!!!

I love this couple as I've stated. I knew from the 1st episode they would have an enormous amount of chemistry and they kept it strong throughout the whole drama. Neither was lacking. They were always sweet and adorable. My favorite scene between them is when they sneak out for a make out session and they both get a text while they are kissing and keep kissing until they realize it's something important and they stop kissing. It's so funny and cute.

"The Way We Loved" by Sihwan Park was by far my favorite from this drama. It's the only song that I remember singing along to from this drama. It gives me a hopeful feeling with the build up. I love it. All of the other songs are forgettable for me, but that's just my opinion.

I love this drama so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The storyline is fantastic, I love the story of a married couple who fall out of love and fall back in love all over again with the same person. It shows that people can fall in love with the same person again. The main couple has so much chemistry and I love them together. They are one of my top OTP's out there. SO CUTE! The music was okay... Could've been stronger, the music isn't memorable. It's just okay. The side characters are so cute and funny. They have realistic lives and are relatable. The comedy was up to par, it is a really funny drama and one of the funnies I would say. Chang-min had me laughing throughout the show. I loved the actors and actresses that played each role. I especially love that Choi Jin-hyuk played the male lead, because I saw him in "Heirs" before I saw him in this and that was a really serious, side character role. I thought he was very handsome. Oh yeah, I also saw him in "Fated To Love You". I don't know why I forgot he played in that, maybe because he was the 2nd male lead.... That was a great drama by the way, I definitely recommend it and will more than likely be reviewing it soon. So, overall I loved a lot of things about this drama. The only thing that was lacking was the music.

9/10 - Amazing romanic/comedy/medical drama that had me laughing, crying and squealing at how cute the main couple is. I recommend it to all fans of the romantic/comedy genre and medical dramas.
