Um, guys. Ikea is launching a museum at the end of this month.

I know this doesn't sound exciting but one of the beautiful thing of being married is home furnishing with your significant other. I know you don't have to be married to do this type of stuff but it's pretty fun to plan things out as a couple, merging two ideas into one.
This sounds odd but Ikea is actually one of our date spots. Both of us are really excited for the museum exhibition, although we're thousands of miles away from the location. We're adding this to our travel wish list.
Here's a sneak peak of one of the exhibition interiors.
I think this museum will be a cool spot for couples who are thinking about starting a home together. Wish they would have this available in the US, but it's understandable if they want to preserve the origin and leave it at Sweden.
If you live in Sweden, the museum is set to open on June 30th!

@Arellano10521 Wait and hour away?! Don't tell me you're from Irvine? Anyways, it wouldn't be a bad idea to go on a road trip and stop by Ikea on a weekend. There are many things to do. :D

@cindystran I'm actually in Riverside County, Palm Springs area ^.^ So S.D. is actually around 2 hours away, but I don't exactly go speed limit usually! So it's a bit less than that, usually! and Google maps says that Irvine is a little under two hours from me as well! haha Are you from/currently living there? Pretty cool to meet another So Cal.'er! I only know of one other on here haha @sophiamor Haha both of you are making it seem fun XD Maybe if I find myself able to get a weekend off of work and school in a few months, I'll make it a point to get there! ^.^
