I went into this movie thinking that it would only be about a woman struggling with Alzheimer's and finding new meaning in poetry, since that's what the trailer and the imdb plot told me.

I was wrong.

In the midst of her disease and attempt at self-discovery, her grandson commits an unforgivable crime, and she is in charge of taking care of him along with all of the legal responsibilities of his guardian.

She must stand up to the men in town that want to cover up the crime as easily as possible, since she still has morals.

This part of the film is based off of true occurrences. It is common in Korea for fathers to pay off family's of rape victims to hide their son's crime.

Be prepared for tears, inspiration, and a lot to think about after watching this quiet but powerful film.
