HERE WE GO AGAIN, JULIETS!
This event is taking a little longer than I'd of ever thought considering my personal life is bumpy right now and I am busy busy busy!
BUT I WON'T QUIT THIS WEEK!
Especially not when my quarter has started and this is one of the best ways to introduce this kpop community to ROMEO properly.
This is an event that was made to get you to fall in love with these boys, my pride and joys, and I want to showcase them well!
SO WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT TOPIC!
MUSIC VIDEO APPRECIATION DAY!
[ I am going to include the music videos AND the dance practices for the videos (except Miro since it is new, I'll link a stage for that instead!) ]
THEIR DEBUT SONG, LOVESICK.
It is very well done, very sweet.
Milo kills me with his angelic little face and smile, plus this was the big bang to their flowing career. I don't think they could have nailed this fairy-tale theme any better.
It just fits. ROMEO is a lovely bunch of gentlemen indeed, and I couldn't love them more.
THEIR COMEBACK SONG, TARGET!
I was so, so excited. It had been SUCH a long time from Lovesick to Target that I had troublesome thoughts brewing that maybe ROMEO wasn’t going to make a comeback, or that the company couldn't afford it. BUT THEY SWOOPED IN! And I was stoked! The choreography is killer, a huge step up in a good way from their debut. They are very group focused and I LOVE that!
This song is so good to me, but I still loved Lovesick's album as well. It's hard to choose a favorite.
THEIR NEXT SONG, NIGHTMARE!
Which was so... intimate... and I don't think I stopped smiling once the entire video. I was so excited when I saw the teasers because fan inspired videos are some of my all time favorites! I really love how personal this song and video is, and OF COURSE the choreography is stellar! I was so in awe of their movements and the way they worked together.
I expected nothing less!
TO THE LATEST SONG, MIRO!
Which was such an eye-opener to a lot of new fans because it witnessed the biggest influx since Target and it ALSO featured SHINee's Minho which got a lot of attention from other fans!
The video is precious, well filmed, and their WHOLE concept is something that I cherish with them. It has a big fantasy vibe going and the choreography has just increased tenfold and I HONESTLY don't know how they outdo themselves each time. All in all, the song was very ROMEO and the dance was very ROMEO and the concept was very ROMEO and I am so in love with these boys.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE VIDEO?
I think their first album will always be my most treasured since it hold the most nostalgic value to me, BUT I really loved Nightmare and Miro, especially the choreography and concepts of the videos themselves.
