Namsan and the N Tower is a famous landmark in Seoul, but it can look so different depending on the angle and the weather.

Here are two different views from two very different days.

A sunny afternoon in Myeongdong

This was taken from the North looking South at N-Tower. Across the street is where you can grab the bus to the top and spend the evening looking out at the city below. This is a super touristy and crowded part of town, but worth it for the views (and the street food!)

A rainy day in HBC

To the south of Namsan is a part of Itaewon called HBC. Its where most foreigners in Seoul live and is a really old a crumbling part of the city. This was taken from a roof of a really great cafe that is hidden in an abandoned market place! It was such a great view!

Let me know if you have any questions about living in Seoul, I had lived there for about 3 years :)

@kiryualo apartments are around 400,000won-600,000won ($350-$550) and utilities are very cheap! The real issue is paying the security deposit which can be up to $10,000 upfront! You get it back but if you dont have an extra $10k laying around its hard to move in :/
