Gluten can be the cause of a lot of harm like stomach pain, bloating and they can also make you gain weight. Not everybody needs to cut off their entire amount of Gluten intakeee but it's always good to have it on mind and make sure you keep track of it. Here is one of the easiest recipes of a gluten-free meal that you can make in no time within 5 minutes! Ingredients: - olive oil or clarified butter - 1 bunch of kale, destemmed, chopped/shredded - 3 cups of cooked brown rice To serve: - capers, rinsed, dried, and pan-fried until blistered in butter - a poached egg - a dollop of salted greek yogurt - a big drizzle of good extra-virgin olive oil - toasted sesame seeds 1) In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the kale and a couple pinches of salt. Saute until the kale softens a bit and brightens, just a minute or so. Stir in the rice, and cook until the rice is hot. If your rice is on the dry side, you might have to add a small splash of water. 2) Serve the kale rice topped with (preferably) all of the following: the capers, poached egg, yogurt drizzled with olive oil
@miranpark88 I think it will take me a long time before I try Kale. I did not have a good experience with their flavor. Thank you for the recipe though.
@roselee89 kale definitely grows on youuu hahahaha like i didnt really like it either because of its texturee but if you put different kinds of ingredients to kinda balance the flavors is really good! :D
I have never been a fan of kale, but I did not know you could eat them with some brown rice.
@GuzmanDiaz true! but its always better to eat healthier, that's why i said that brown rice was really good : )
Rice by definition has no gluten, any rice-based dish in general is safe
