Feeling great still and it feels like my body fat around my waist is slowly disappearing. I tried on an old pair of shorts that were pretty snug on me and now they're completely loose and I have to use a belt or they'll just drop. It's a great feeling to have to see results using clothes that didn't fit before. I'm still combing intermittent fasting along with the keto diet. Eating fat is effortless and the only challenges I struggle with are late night snacks when I'm bored. I love cookies and ice cream, but it doesn't help my situation. I'm always looking for good fat bombs (keto desserts/snacks) so if you know of any, feel free to share!
