When I have good cherries, I have trouble doing anything besides washing and devouring them by the handful. But sometimes, cherries need a little push. Those kinds of cherries are perfect for a compote to top fluffy waffles. And a dollop of jasmine tea-infused whipped cream plus toasted almonds doesn't hurt, either.

Your infused whipped creams are killing it in the best way possible. Have you ever tried Earl Grey? I wonder if black teas would taste bitter as whipped cream.

@danidee thanks! and oooh i love earl grey (esp earl grey macarons omg). i haven't experimented that much with black tea in baking, but i bet you could make it as mild/bitter as you want (longer steep = more intense/bitter!).
