Essential Shopping Phrase for Korean Travel

Alright bargain shoppers, time to learn your new favorite Korean phrase!

좀 깎아 주세요! - Lower it (the price) a little please!

Here's a sample conversation:

이거 얼마에요? - How much is this? (i-geo eol-ma-ye-yo?) 40,000원이에요. - It's 40,000won (sa-man-weon i-eh-yo) 아.....좀 깎아 주세요? - Ahh...could you lower the price a bit? (ah...jom kka-kka-ju-se-yo)

You can haggle at most markets!

Often if you're foreign people will try to make you pay more but if you ask nicely they'll lower the price for you!

What would YOU want to spend your money on when you go to Korea?

facial products! Korean skin care products are considered the best in the world! I love what I get at the local Korean superstore, but would love to have a full shop to explore!
