Summer Pita Bowls
What I love about this recipe is that: 1. It's healthy 2. You can put in whatever you want with any stuffing! Grab some easy homemade or store-bought hummus, some veggies, shredded carrots, crunchy sprouts, diced onion, sliced cucumber, baby spinach, marinated kale salad ... whatever!
