People Are Actually Earning Money For Playing Pokemon Go?

Over the past few days, Nintendo has earned a staggering $7.5 billion in revenue from their trending new game, Pokemon Go. And now, it seems, that even Pokemon Masters are dipping their hand in the pot.

Meet Ivy St. Ive, a 24-year-old New York freelance journalist who self-describes as a 'lifelong Pokemon enthusiast who wants to help YOU become the very best'.

How? Well, by playing the game FOR you, of course, while you commute to work, go to school, or get ready for that hot date.

For $20/hour, Ivy promises she'll use her Pokemon gaming expertise to "capture every single Pokemon [she] comes into contact with, activate every Poke Stop [she] passes, and walk nonstop to help hatch your eggs."

As credential, her Craigslist posting even links to an article written about the artist (pictured) who inked her Golbat tattoo.

She vows that her ad isn't a prank and that she intends on truly helping out customers:
"I will catch them all. I will focus in on catching specific types of Pokemon (i.e. fire, water, electric) if you want. I'll even send you silly screenshots so you don't feel too much FOMO while you're doing something that prevents you from accessing PokeWorld."

So what do you guys think? Is this the beginning of a brand new business trend? Or is she being just a little too ambitious?

Older games--you know, the ones that actually had endings-- spoiled the older generation of gamers. Skill and perseverance had a reward, that cute little video that celebrated your successful conquering of the game. Now, games go on and on, with no real finish, kinda like life. So, people waste away, leveling and leveling, with no reward...a reward they expect to receive eventually. But leveling can be tedious, repetitious, and time consuming...so instead of persevering, they delegate, because it's human nature to pass the hard work down the line. Repetition, especially, is a monotony most seek to avoid. So, if there are those that can capitalize on the tedious and repetitive, why criticize them? (It's because you didn't think of it first, isn't it? <wink, wink, nudge, nudge> lol)
Of course she went braless for her photo lol
@ChelseaJay I'd do this for money, but I would never be the person that actually PAYS for it.
I feel like this takes the fun out of the game. I wouldn't be down for this at all, but to each their own.
@danidee that's crazy lol. I thought the purpose of a game is that one enjoys playing it.
