i thought i would share some tips on how to get clear skin. i have struggled with really bad acne since i was in 6th grade. i am now a junior in high school. during 7th, 8th, and 9th grade my acne wasn't that bad, but i always usually had some acne. i used a specific face kit that kept it under control and i kept using it mostly because it was better than it being as bad as it was at one point in 6th grade. then the summer before 10th grade the face kit i had been using stopped working and my skin was the worst it had ever been. it was so bad that when i was at summer school kids laughed at me for it. then i went to the dermatologist and they prescribed me doxycycline. it kept my skin really clear but if i was out in the sun it caused me to burn really bad. even if i used sunscreen i could literally feel the sun burning my skin it was really painful. so at the end of the year the doctor took me off the medication because i cant be on it long term. they prescribed me a topical medication which didnt work all that great. then i lost it by accident. then i thought that maybe its an internal problem. so i started drinking A LOT of water. i also started taking natural medications (the ones in the pictures) such as coconut oil capsules, juice plus, zinc, biotin, and akne zyme. my skin isnt completely clear, however, i have been trying this for a month and so far i have noticed a huge improvement. i haven't even had to use a topical acne medication. i used a face wash called vitamin C face wash and the moisturizer that comes with it and thats it. i'm going to try to use a topical medication too but i thought i would tell u guys the most important things for clear skin. it took me a while to realize that not drinking enough water and having a poor diet affected my skin. your skin is a reflection of your health. a lot of dermatologists don't even tell you that but its true. drinking plenty of water and eating healthy is your #1 best defense against acne. if you're like i was at one point and have tried many different acne washes and medications, the problem is probably diet or not drinking enough water every day. your skin will get worse for a while after you start drinking enough water because it is pushing toxins out but it is worth it because your skin will be so much more clear and healthier afterwards. sorry this is so long but i hope this helps people out.💕
