DAY 6 - The last asian drama you've seen?

BUZZER BEAT (PLOT) - Kamiya Naoki is a young player from a professional basketball team. But due to his relatively smaller size and his tendency to crack under pressure, he is unable to show his true skills on the court. Meanwhile, Shirakawa Riko is a cheerful, strong-spirited music college graduate aiming to become a professional violinist. One day, Riko finds Naoki's lost cell phone on a bus, and their meeting begins a friendship that eventually turns into love. However, Naoki was already considering marriage with his current girlfriend. And it doesn't help matters that Naoki's coach has fallen in love at first sight with Riko!

EPISODES: 11 (2009) GENRE: Romance / Sports

I started it yesterday and I actually just finished it about an hour ago... I can honestly say it was amazing! I haven't watched a great drama like this that got me hooked so quickly and kept me wanting more in awhile. So, it was great to feel that way after some time. First off the plot is simplistic. A pro basketball has a girlfriend that he wants to marry but only if he wins the final competition. The problem is he has no confidence in himself and his girlfriend has a hidden personality behind her sweet gestures. Everyone thinks she is the nicest girl even Naoki. She can't stand waiting for him, he is moving too slow in their relationship and it's been 2 years. I hate Nakatsuki (Naoki's girlfriend) so much, as do most people that watch this drama. She broke Naoki's heart, he caught her in the act of cheating and I felt so bad for him. He didn't deserve that and she doesn't deserve him. I didn't feel any chemistry between Naoki and his girlfriend even when they kissed, I didn't feel love there. Good thing, they are over because of her dumb mistake. I love how Naoki meets Riko at a park near her house for the 1st time. She is playing the violin and when she is done, he applauds her. Riko is happy because no one has ever applauded her playing before, everyone gave her false hope towards her violin playing but not Naoki. Naoki didn't have any confidence in his basketball playing until he shoots a basket while she's watching and she say's that his shot was beautiful. She became his #1 fan! They start to fall for each quickly and it melted my heart. They made me cry, smile and scream from happiness. Oh Yeah, when I found out in the 2nd episode that his basketball # is 8. I was like "YES MY FAVORITE #!" Their kisses were so passionate and sweet to watch. They were so natural together and you can feel the chemistry. Some people were saying they wish Riko ended up with the Head Coach instead of Naoki but I love her with Naoki. The Head Coach creeped me out... Naoki is so sweet, loyal and gentle towards everyone. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! This drama was so addicting, I couldn't get enough of it and I wanted more. They could've pushed out a couple more episodes if they wanted to. I wanted more development from the couple. But, I can't even explain how much I love this couple! The music was fun to listen to as most songs from Japanese dramas are in my opinion. The acting was really great to watch. Also, if you like Yamapi (Naoki) then look forward to a lot of Yamapi fanservice because that was heaven to watch! >.< It had a happy ending for almost everyone, sorry Head Coach...XD

I encourage all of you to play along by making your own cards or answer in the comments, what the last asian drama YOU'VE seen is!
