Que tal peeps!

You all know I always say I love oils and natural skincare products. Well I tried this new oil and I will say I lobed how it worked out. But before we get into my opinion let's learn more about this wonderful oil called marula oil.

Besos and Blessings up!

Benefits

This oil is said to be great for all skin types and much better than argan oil. This has many skin benefits and good for your hair too. " Marula Oil contains high levels of important antioxidants including Vitamin C, tocopherol (vitamin E), tochotrienol, phenolic compounds, essential amino acids and flavonoids that help cells renew and resist damaging effects of the environment. With regular use, Marula Oil delivers advanced protection against photo-aging - neutralizing free radicals, helps build healthy collagen, and provides antioxidant protection. More antioxidant protection means younger looking skin and better defense against premature skin aging" (Source). Rejuvenates and reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, redness and blotchiness. > Improves and restores skin elasticity for a more youthful and radiant skin. > Vitamin E helps promote the production of collagen and elastin to boost skin firmness, density and volume. > Antioxidants help protect and repair free radical damage from pollution and sun exposure.
What is Marula Oil? "Known as Africa’s beauty secret, our Marula Oil comes from wild growing trees and is hand-harvested from the most pristine and remote rural communities in South Africa" (Source).
My opinion plus video This video explains the benefits of this oil in detail. I used this oil today. I skipped using my BB Cream as a primer and uses this oil. It is true what sources are saying as it pertains to being light weight and absorbs quickly. It was about 80 degrees today and my pores were not clogged. This oil felt great and helped my foundation look even better.

I don't use oils personally, but I do use grape seed oil mixed with Aloe Vera lotion for massage therapy sessions that I do. Does anyone know if I can substitute grape seed oil with this newer one?

@drummergirl691 yes you can. There is a chart on this card thst compared this oil to grape seed oil. I personally don't like grape seed oil cuz it dried my skin out, but this oil did not.
