Yukiteru (Yuki) Amano is a loner who never really interacts with people and prefers writing a diary on his cell phone, with his only companion being an imaginary friend named Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space. However, Yuki soon learns that Deus is not a figment of his imagination but real when Deus makes him a participant in a battle royale with eleven others. Within this "Diary Game", the contestants are given special diaries that can predict the future, with each diary having unique features that gives it both advantages and disadvantages. [source]
Easy, right? Mirai Nikki / The Future Diary
Filament by Yousei Teikoku
So, like....Yousei Teikoku SLAYS MY SOUL
Their music is SO good. I have to admit that it's been on the downside these past couple of CD's which makes me really sad but back in my day it used to be A M A Z I N G lol sorry if you listen to the band and think they are doing great, but in my most honest opinion...as a fan, I know that ever since they added all the extra band members the music has kind of been changing. I think Mischievous of Alice (which, I mean, its the same album Hades: The other wold) was probably where it started going down but GUYS listen to everything Her voice is BAE and she is so queen.
Favorite lyric excerpts: [source]
"Everything is part of the key connecting unto the future.
Feeling our bond within my collapsing body,
I vow once more to protect you."
"I do everything in order to return to you.
In my bosom, which is scorching painfully,
a filament of a tender lie and an outcry resounds."
"I wanted to build a paradise with you.
I wanted to smile by your side forever.
I wanted to believe in the meaning of my life.
The future was always leading towards you.
The more I'm attracted to you, the more agonized I become."
What is your favorite Yousei Teikoku song?
Mine is probably Mischievous of Alice or Filament...or most of the Stigma album
