Day 55 was my last video that I made and I was on my way to losing weight and feeling great. One day turned into 2, which turned into 1 week and eventually turned into 4 weeks. It's so easy to fall back into our old ways and I almost let it ruin me. I stopped working out, I stopped eating right and basically got lazy. I was happy with my body and results so I felt contempt with what I had and didn't care. Being healthy is a lifestyle and it's something that has to be done daily or else it'll become a fad and you won't get the results you're looking for. My goals used to be just to look good, but now it's more than that. Not only do I want to look good, but I want to feel good and also I want to take care of my body so it can be as optimal as possible and last as long as possible.
