I've talked about my weight lost journey before I decided to lead a healthier lifestyle about 5 years ago and I thought I was prepared for just about everything. I lost 135 pounds and I had so much excess skin afterwards, I had a tummy tuck which although recovery was very rough I was extremely happy with the results. The next step was a breast lift all my life I've had huge boobs like extremely huge at my heaviest I was a 46DDD and even after losing all the weight I was a 40D but most of that was just skin stuffed into a bar. On the outside I had the appearance of big boobs, but when the bra come off it was just gross and I didn't feel comfortable. My surgeon said I'd be a big C or small D after my breast lift but I swear this puppies are more likely B-cups and I am not adjusting well too this. Granted it's still early I just had surgery on monday I know I need to be patient but how do you adjust when something that was such a huge part of your identity is gone.
