IMF Data Shows Austerity Doesn't Work
Check out this rather lengthy report from the IMF that (to me) shows that countries implementing stimulus measures are doing much better than those practicing austerity. The graph provides a decent summary. What do you guys think this means for 'Reaganomics'

could you explain this graph a little more? what exactly is a "fiscal consolidation forecast"? what is meant by "growth forecast error" - does a negative growth forecast error mean that they growth predicted was higher than actual?
