yes!!! i try to do number 1 but also number 7 to stretch out my back musclesss that i rarely use caz im sitting down the whole time!!

Wooh stretch muscles are the most difficult part in my day. @miranpark88 yeah last one v. Useful to backs coz I travel a lot so stay at sit long time like punishment to me
