KDRAMA: LEGEND OF THE BLUE SEA

Hey guys! Okay, so according to Sports DongA, Lee Min Ho will be playing his first ever double role in a new drama called "Legend of the Blue Sea", a fantasy romance, alongside Jun Ji Hyun who plays a mermaid. Lee Min Ho plays Kim Moo and Heo Joon Jae, a son to a noble family in the Joseon Dynasty, and a genius scammer (respectively). Playing a scam artist, he will also be playing the roles of a lawyer, doctor, businessman, etc. It is said that Lee Min Ho will show his comical side through the interesting characters he portrays. This drama has not yet come out and is scheduled to start airing sometime in November of this year. In addition to this news, it has also been reported that Lee Min Ho will be traveling overseas alongside Jun Ji Hyun. According to a drama associate on August 12, "The two are filming for the new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Legend of the Blue Sea' in Palau and Spain. They are visiting Palau at the end of August and Spain in September. The reason they are filming at an overseas location is to capture clear blue ocean just at it's stated in the drama title."
Not only is the writer for "Legend of the Blue Sea" is none other than the same scriptwriter that worked on "You Who Came From the Stars", "Producer", but the director also took part in many dramas such as "City Hunter" and "Doctor Stranger"!
What do you guys think? I can't wait to start watching this drama! I guess I'll just have to add it to my extremely long list of dramas to watch 😂

2 New K-Drama Recommendations
Here are two drama's I've recently started that I highly recommend! [The World of the Married] Main Cast: Kim Hee Ae, Park Hae Joon, Han So Hee Episodes: 16 (1 Hour Episodes, though some are longer) - Currently Airing Rating: 15+ (19+ in South Korea) Genre: Romance, Family, Melodrama, Drama Other Major Tags: Revenge, Infidelity, Doctor, Western Remake Synopsis: Ji Sun Woo is a family medicine doctor. She is married to Lee Tae Oh and they have a son. She seems to have everything, including a successful career and a happy family, but she is betrayed by her husband and others. Meanwhile, Lee Tae Oh dreams of becoming a famous movie director. He runs an entertainment business with the support of his wife Ji Sun Woo. Even though he loves his wife, Lee Tae Oh falls into a dangerous relationship. (Source: AsianWiki) My Thoughts: I am only 15 minutes into the first episode and so far it is good. I decided to start watching this drama because Kim Doyoung (of NCT) recommended it. I would like to note that this drama is not for a younger audience as their are mature scenes. (In fact there was a mature scene in the first 15 minutes.) I ALSO want to say that this is one of the top dramas in Korea right now. It is currently the 3rd highest rated drama in Korean cable TV history beating out POPULAR titles such as Goblin, Reply 1988, Signal, Itaewon Class, and Hotel Del Luna. [Find Me in Your Memory] Main Cast: Moon Ga Young, Kim Dong Wook Episodes: 32 (30 minute episodes) - Currently Airing Rating: 15+ Genre: Romance, Melodrama, Drama Other Major Tags: Hyperthymesia, Memory-loss, Trauma, (Tragedy could probably be added in my opinion), Comedy, (Mytsery could also be added in my opinion) Synopsis: A love story between a man who remembers every second of his life and a woman who forgot her painful past. (Source: Wikipedia) My Thoughts: I am 6 episodes in and its really good so far. Everything is happening at a slow pace right now but I think that's for a reason, it makes it more impactful. I think it's interesting to see Hyperthymesia in this drama because the last time I saw it was in Remember: War of the Son with Yoo Seung Ho and he used his extraordinary memory to solve his father's murder but it came with a price. It's interesting to see Kim Dong Wook's character live a more or less normal life compared to Yoo Seung Ho's. And each episode makes you wonder what will happen next because of the two's past. I definitely recommend checking it out! DRAMA : You Who Came From the Stars (Excelente)
If BTS Were in Boys Over Flowers
Now, I think there are a lot of things wrong with the plot of BoF (mainly the boys treat Jan-di like crap) but its still funto imagine it as a less problematic drama. Here's who I'd cast! Gu Jun Pyo - Suga The leader of the F4 and heir to the Shinhwa Group, one of the biggest companies in South Korea. He is hot-tempered and believes that there is nothing that money can't buy. Though he's unable to express his feelings, deep down, he has a heart of gold. He torments Jan-di after she stands up to his bullying ways, but ends up falling in love with her and will do anything to protect her. Yoon Ji Hoo - V A member of the F4 and the grandson of a former president of Korea. He has a driving phobia after being involved in a car accident that killed his parents and left him the only survivor. He is initially in love with his childhood friend Seo-hyun, who helped him overcome his social anxiety. Calm and gentle, his musical talent catches Jan-di's attention and she begins to develop feelings for him. So Yi Jung - Jungkook A member of the F4 and a skilled potter. His family owns the country's biggest art museum. After losing his first love to his brother, he becomes a Casanova. He eventually changes his playboy ways when he realizes that he likes Ga-eul. Song Woo Bin A member of the F4, his family runs the country's largest construction company, which Woo-bin later admits has strong connections to organized crime. However, he has excellent business sense and is very charismatic. He's a super nice guy that happens to be a gangster lol and of course RM, Jin, and Jimin are the dad, mom, and little brother :) How would you cast BOF?
7.- Lee Jong Suk (Park Soo Ha) y Lee Bo Young (Jang Hye Sung) de “I Can Hear Your Voice” de SBS con 5.3% (571 votos). 1.- Kim Soo Hyun (Do Min Joon) y Jun Ji Hyun (Chun Song Yi) de “Man From the Stars” de SBS con 32.4% (3521 votos).
