Recipe for a healthy Sauteed Pea Sprouts!
This is probably one of the most common side dishes in Korean fooddddd! love how the recipe is so simple and it literally takes around 10 minutes!! you can have it with rice on the side and it will be seriously good and super light!! Ingredients 1 package pea spouts 2 teaspoon grape seed or canola oil 1 clove garlic, finely minced couple of pinches kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds Directions Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 10 seconds. Add the sprouts and saute until they get wilted, about 30-60 seconds. Sprinkle salt to season, toss and remove from heat. Add the sesame oil and sesame seeds, toss to coat well. Serve hot or at room temperature.

@PaulLim definitely!!! i just like having them on the side with rice :D i love that garlic taste it has but still having that crispy texture once you chew itttt :D nothing but blandddddd :D
